Once these houses are permitted, and under construction, it is often a good use of time to study exterior color and combinations, materials selections and door/window design etc. in 3-D model form. It is the closest thing, next to a partial material mock-up made by the builder, that we can get to try and convey what a project will look like when it is built. I can’t wait until it is finished and I can upload final pictures to the website! Super excited for this one!!!
