It is not only a blessing to live on Lake Coeur d’Alene, but “WoW”, what a nice work environment for these framers! Here is a snapshot showing “construction as it happens” for this new Lakeside Home in Rockford Bay. With the foundation walls poured, some board form concrete exposed, and the lower level floor having been framed, the second floor is flying into position. The framers and sub-contractors working for Edwards Smith Construction ( www.edwardssmith.com ) are keeping the site clean and orderly and just kicking butt in general (Thanks Mike!!!).  This picture specifically shows the steel moment framing for the huge all glass sliding doors that will open to the patio. This picture only captures the eastern side of Lake Coeur d’Alene as seen from this site.
