This Dalton Gardens property owner has become a friend and co-survivor over the years as we both work in the design and construction industry. The collaboration of design approach mixed with an understanding of budgets, the market and all the crazy things that happen in this process, has led to this very comfortable timeless family estate that will keep giving for years to come. I am most excited about the owner’s desire to really take hold of and make use of natural lighting mixed with some hobby farming and motorcycles…..it will be a very cool place. Builder is to be determined and interiors will be by Mittmann Architect PLLC  – coming soon!
