The owners of this home found their dream lot on Hayden Lake that happened to have this unique chalet-style home on it. Being adventurous, and seeing all the potential of the existing home, Mittmann Architect PLLC helped re-create the home inside and out. A portion of the second floor was removed to create a tall, full height living room, bathrooms, closets and bedrooms were re-designed to better fit their use and style, the basement spaces were maximized for their active lifestyle….All this was done after Edwards Smith Construction took the house down to the studs. Again, the craftsmanship, authenticity and care can only be accomplished at this level when the team is willing to work together on all fronts. This project was no exception.
