This home in The Golf Club at Black Rock was initiated during an older age of design guidelines. The owners wanted to push the architectural style boundaries that were well established in this private golf community. Mittmann Architect PLLC studied the ins and outs of the guidelines to maximize creativity and this more modern interpretation is the result. Beautifully constructed by Edwards Smith Construction and Interiors were designed by Hastings Woodward Design.
